Do you supply a complete feather roller or individual brush rings?
Both formats can be reviewed. We can manufacture a complete roller brush or modular feather brush rings for installation on the customer's existing shaft, according to the approved drawing.
Which dimensions are required for a quotation?
Provide the finished outside diameter, face width, overall length, core diameter, bore, key or shaft interface, module width, required roller profile, and quantity. A clear drawing is the best starting point.
Should I choose a wooden or PP core?
The core should match the existing machine design, mounting method, operating environment, and approved replacement specification. Wooden and PP core constructions are available.
Can you match an existing automotive paint-line roller?
Yes, after the dimensions and interface have been verified. Send the approved drawing or an existing sample. The machine brand and model are helpful references but do not replace dimensional confirmation.
Are the ionization and vacuum systems included?
Brushcustom supplies ostrich feather roller brushes and replacement brush modules only. Ionization equipment, vacuum extraction systems, robots, controls, and safety systems are not included.
Can a sample be approved before volume production?
