Uploaded files may include drawings, sample photos, machine references, PDFs, ZIP files, or other documents used to understand a custom brush requirement.
We may also collect limited technical information such as browser type, user agent, referring page, current page URL, form submission time, IP-related server logs, and anti-spam verification signals.
When you submit an RFQ, we may include the page paths, page titles, entry times, and approximate time spent on pages visited during the current browser-tab session. This short user journey is used to understand the context of your inquiry, is stored only in session storage before submission, and excludes URL query parameters and page fragments.
How We Use Information
We use submitted information to:
- respond to inquiries and RFQ requests;
- review brush type, dimensions, materials, mounting, quantity, and application conditions;
- prepare quotes, samples, production notes, or follow-up questions;
- communicate about existing projects, repeat orders, and technical changes;
- protect the website from spam, abuse, and unauthorized submissions;
- improve website content, navigation, and inquiry handling.
Project Files and Confidential Information
Drawings, photos, samples, and project notes are used for review and communication related to your inquiry. We do not publish submitted project files on the website. Access is limited to team members or service providers who need the information to review, quote, manufacture, ship, or support the project.
If a project requires additional confidentiality terms, please tell us before sending sensitive files. NDA review may be available on request.

If you no longer want to receive non-essential communication from us, you can ask us to stop sending it. We may still send project, order, RFQ, or service-related messages when needed.
