Information We Collect
When you contact us or submit an RFQ, we may collect your name, company name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, industry, brush type, quantity, message, project details, source page, and any files you choose to upload.
Our website inquiry forms require only your name, email address, and project details. Company, phone number, industry, brush type, quantity, and file uploads are optional. On product-page forms, the product name and page address are included automatically to identify your inquiry.
Uploaded files may include drawings, sample photos, machine references, PDFs, ZIP files, or other documents used to understand a custom brush requirement.
We may also collect limited technical information such as browser type, user agent, referring page, current page URL, form submission time, IP-related server logs, and anti-spam verification signals.
Your browser stores a short history of up to 12 recent page visits in this tab to provide context for an inquiry. When you submit a form, this history may be included in the inquiry email: page paths, page titles, entry times, approximate time on each page, and the referring site's origin. The history's page paths exclude query parameters and fragments; separately collected source-page and referring-page URLs may include them. This history is held in temporary browser-tab session storage.
How We Use Information
We use submitted information to:
- respond to inquiries and RFQ requests;
- review brush type, dimensions, materials, mounting, quantity, and application conditions;
- prepare quotes, samples, production notes, or follow-up questions;
- communicate about existing projects, repeat orders, and technical changes;
- protect the website from spam, abuse, and unauthorized submissions;
- improve website content, navigation, and inquiry handling.
Project Files and Confidential Information
Drawings, photos, samples, and project notes are used for review and communication related to your inquiry. We do not publish submitted project files on the website. Access is limited to team members or service providers who need the information to review, quote, manufacture, ship, or support the project.
If a project requires additional confidentiality terms, please tell us before sending sensitive files. NDA review may be available on request.
Cookies, Security, and Analytics
The website may use cookies or similar technologies for basic site operation, security checks, spam prevention, and usage measurement. We may use services such as Cloudflare Turnstile or similar tools to help verify that form submissions are made by real users. These security and anti-spam services may be necessary for normal RFQ form operation.
We use Google Analytics to measure website usage and inquiry activity. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics may use first-party cookies, including _ga, to distinguish visitors and sessions. Our current consent-mode configuration also allows the Google tag to send limited measurements without analytics cookies before you choose or when you reject analytics. Rejecting analytics cookies does not prevent you from submitting an inquiry.
When our mail service accepts an inquiry, the website can send a successful-inquiry event to Google Analytics with a random submission reference, the form location, and, where applicable, a product identifier. This event does not include the name, email, phone number, message, or uploaded files entered in the form. We may also measure clicks on WhatsApp contact links separately. A temporary browser-session marker helps prevent the same submission reference from being reported twice. These measurements remain subject to the Google tag's consent settings and browser restrictions. You can change your analytics-cookie choice using the button below; your choice is stored in this browser.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies or scripts may affect form submission, security verification, or normal website functions.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share necessary information with website hosting, email, security, analytics, file handling, logistics, payment, customs, or production-support service providers when needed to operate the website, respond to your request, or complete an order.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, to prevent abuse, or to respond to valid legal or security requests.
International Processing
Brushcustom serves customers in different countries and operates from China. Information you submit may be processed in China or in other locations where our service providers operate.
Data Retention
We keep inquiry, RFQ, order, and communication records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to the request, support repeat orders, maintain business records, meet legal or tax requirements, and protect the website from misuse.
Your Choices
You may contact us to request correction, update, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to records we may need to keep for legitimate business, legal, tax, security, or dispute purposes.
If you no longer want to receive non-essential communication from us, you can ask us to stop sending it. We may still send project, order, RFQ, or service-related messages when needed.
Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are controlled by their own policies, not by Brushcustom.
If you choose Chat on WhatsApp, the link opens WhatsApp with a draft message containing the page address. It does not send the message automatically. If you send a message, your WhatsApp profile, phone number, message, and any files you share are handled through WhatsApp and by our team when responding to you. See WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.
Children's Privacy
This website is intended for business and industrial buyers. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
