A metal channel strip brush combines a formed metal carrier, retaining wire, and filament fill. The carrier provides structural support; the filament forms the working edge for sealing, guiding, wiping, shielding, or controlled contact.

Metal channel material choices

Galvanized steel

For general industrial sealing and guiding where a coated steel carrier is suitable. Confirm the base steel grade and zinc coating.

Aluminum

A lightweight carrier option for profile-mounted brushes. Confirm alloy, temper, wall thickness, and any forming limits.

Anodized aluminum

For applications that call for an aluminum profile with a specified surface finish. Confirm alloy, anodizing specification, and thickness.

Stainless steel 304 / 316
