Long service life
Designed for repeated industrial operation.

Drawing-based nonwoven rolls for wringing, de-oiling, oiling, and fluid control on stainless steel, annealing, galvanizing, and cold strip lines.
Send Your DrawingNonwoven mill rolls use a nonwoven working surface rather than bristles. They provide uniform strip contact, fluid control, and traction in wet or oily metal-processing applications.

Designed for repeated industrial operation.
Regrinding or repair can be assessed from the roll condition.
Supports strip contact in wet or oily conditions.
Supports uniform wringing, de-oiling, or liquid application.

We can manufacture nonwoven mill rolls with working lengths exceeding 5.5 m. Every roll is produced to the approved drawing, with the outside diameter, roll face, cover thickness, 55–100 Shore A hardness, core, shaft, journals, and end interfaces customized for OEM, replacement, and large-volume orders.
Standard metallurgical configurations can be reviewed for operating temperatures up to 180°C and process environments from pH 2 to 10. Final material selection depends on the temperature, chemical medium, line speed, load, and nip pressure. Higher-temperature applications require separate material selection and engineering review.
A clearly marked drawing is sufficient for our initial review and quotation.
No. A nonwoven mill roll has a continuous nonwoven working surface. A roller brush uses separate bristles or filaments.
Yes. We support drawing-based OEM, replacement, and large-volume orders. Final dimensions, material, hardness, and operating conditions are confirmed before production.
Hardness is selected with the roll function, strip surface, line speed, load, nip pressure, and fluid-control requirement. Send the current roll specification or drawing for review.
Send your drawing and operating conditions. We will review the roll function, dimensions, working surface, hardness, and machine interface before quotation. Custom production service starts from 10 rolls.
