What a Brush-Table Panel Does
Brush tables support sheet as it moves through sheet-metal equipment, reduce hard contact with the machine surface, lower sliding resistance, and allow some loose debris to fall between tuft groups. Worn, contaminated, or uneven brush sections can increase drag, marking, noise, and unstable sheet movement.
No brush table is universally non-marking. Chips, damaged filaments, incorrect working height, unsuitable stiffness, and uneven old and new panels can still mark sensitive sheet. Test the selected construction with the actual sheet finish before releasing a replacement batch.

When should brush-table panels be replaced, and can only one panel be changed?
Inspect the table when filaments remain flattened, working height develops low spots, tufts are missing, the panel base is damaged, or sheet marking, drag, or noise increases. One panel can be replaced when its finished working height matches the surrounding field. If adjacent panels are worn or uneven, replace a matched group to restore a level support surface.
Will a panel fit just because the machine brand and model match?
No. Layouts and revisions can differ within the same model family. The machine information helps identify the application, but the confirmed panel dimensions and mounting details control fit.
Can I test one panel before ordering a complete set?
First-article production can be reviewed when fit, working height, or sheet-support behavior should be checked before the remaining batch. The test method and approval point are confirmed with the quotation.
Do you supply a complete replacement brush table?
Our standard scope is the replaceable brush component, not the complete metal table or machine assembly. Any complete-table requirement must be reviewed separately.
