Brushcustom is a China-based industrial brush manufacturer focused on custom and replacement brush projects. Founded in 1992, the company is headquartered in Shenzhen, with production facilities in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province and Qianshan, Anhui Province.

We review the application, working dimensions, brush form, material requirement, mounting method, and operating environment.
Brush diameter, trim length, working length, core or channel detail, fill material, density, and end configuration are confirmed before production.
Brushes are produced according to the agreed specification, drawing, sample, or replacement reference.
Dimensions, fit, visible finish, fill retention, and key project details are checked before packing.
Finished brushes are packed according to brush type, size, quantity, and export handling requirements.
QUALITY & SUPPORT
