What Is a Belt Brush?
A belt brush combines a flexible belt with tufted filaments. Belt profile, belt length or circumference, fill density, bristle height, row count, and pulley interface are matched to the machine.

Toothed / timing belt brushes
Positive pulley engagement for continuous motion, positioning, and repeatable brush travel. AT5, AT10, AT20, or another specified profile can be reviewed.

V / trapezoid / string belt brushes
Narrow contact sections for tray cleaning, transfer, product support, and confined conveyor spaces. Single-, double-, or triple-row fill can be specified where the belt width allows it.

Can belt brushes be supplied open or endless?
Yes. We can review open-ended belts for installation on the machine or continuous/endless belts for a closed loop.
Which fill materials are available?
Nylon/PA, PP, horse hair, Tampico, and other natural fibers can be specified. Filament diameter, trim, density, and row count are matched to the application.
Can the belt length, width, and bristle height be customized?
Yes. Belt length or circumference, belt width, bristle height, rows, and belt profile are made to the approved drawing.
Can you manufacture a replacement belt brush from our drawing?
Yes. Send the drawing with the belt profile, dimensions, fill requirements, joining detail, and quantity for a volume OEM or replacement quotation.
