Yes. We manufacture complete roller brushes, side-brush assemblies, brush bodies, and replacement modules to the approved drawing and machine interface.
Can you match a brush for an existing car wash machine?
Yes. We match the brush dimensions, mounting interface and module arrangement using the original drawing or a measured sample. The machine name alone is not enough to confirm fit.
Can wheel brushes be used for vehicle-body washing?
Do not assume they are interchangeable. Wheel and tire brushes may use different contact materials and stiffness and collect different contaminants. A brush intended for vehicle-body contact needs a separate suitability review.
Can you provide samples before volume production?
Sample requirements can be reviewed before bulk production. Once the sample and specification are approved, repeat orders can follow the confirmed construction.
What are the MOQ and production lead time?
MOQ and lead time depend on the brush construction, material, dimensions, tooling, quantity, and sample-approval requirements. They are confirmed after the drawing and order details are reviewed.
How is vehicle-surface contact evaluated?
Brush material alone does not guarantee scratch-free washing. Evaluate the brush on the intended surface under actual wash conditions, including dirt buildup, contact pressure and maintenance, before volume use.
