Send a drawing, marked photo, or sample with the machine details, working conditions, and quantity. We review the required brush action and fit.
Confirm the brush form, fill material, working dimensions, core or carrier, and mounting details before manufacturing.
Where the project requires samples, agree the sample specification and review fit or performance with your team before batch production.
Manufacture to the approved specification, with the forming, assembly, and finishing steps selected for the brush or roller construction.
Confirm the inspection requirements, packing, and shipment arrangements. Use the approved specification as the reference for repeat orders.

For a hull-cleaning robot development project, we proposed an available 12-tooth brush segment body as an alternative to a design requiring new tooling.
After the customer's confirmation, we manufactured and shipped 70 segments and supplied a CAD drawing, keeping the original quotation unchanged. The customer's equipment development and operating validation were still in progress.
